Welcome to “Save ‘n Go” online registration to the ERA-EDTA Congress in Paris, France (May 24-27 2012)
This online registration procedure will enable you to insert your guests prior to your arrival in the Paris Congress Centre and then complete the registration and payment onsite.
Please bear in mind that this link will be working until May 18, 2012
When you arrive at the Registration Area of the Paris Congress Centre, you can then finish the registration procedure, pay the fee and collect all congress materials starting May 24
Methods of payment onsite will be: bank transfer (already paid), credit card (visa and mastercard only) and cash (Euro only)
The Registration Area will follow this schedule:
- May 24 7.00-18.00 hours
- May 25 7.00-18.45 hours
- May 26 7.00-18.45 hours
- May 27 7.00-13.45 hours
How does it work?
- Click below on “Agree”
- Select registration status “Save ‘n Go”
We recommend to download and save the excel file on your pc before proceeding with the registration procedure
- When you have completed the excel sheet, proceed with the registration and fill in your details. Import your excel file or insert your guests’ details
- Check the details you have inserted
- Confirm your save ‘n go registration
- Finish your save ‘n go registration
- You will then receive a confirmation via e-mail with all details, including username and password
- On May 24, when you arrive at the New Registration desk (reserved to groups) in the Registration Area of the Paris Congress Centre you will be able to insert your username and password in the self-service onsite registration pc and retrieve all the registration details and proceed directly with the payment and print of the congress materials
ERA-EDTA cannot provide username or password onsite
Do not consider your guests as pre-registered and do not expect any kind of documents from ERA-EDTA prior to the event. However, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your username and password.
How to use the excel file:
The fields marked with an * are mandatory. You must choose the proper status among the ones in the list
Any modification will result in the corruption of the file which cannot be imported in the system
The system cannot import correctly diacritic characters, thus make sure that you don’t write ones such as: ø, ä, ҫ, š, Ł, ß, ect..
If you do not want to take this opportunity, you may still register on-site directly at the Paris Congress Centre, starting May 24
Finally, bear in mind that this type of registration follows the congress membership rule policy (below)

ON-SITE REGISTRATION |
• On-site registrations will start on May 24, 2012, at 07.00 a.m.
• To register on-site you will have to use the self-service computers in the Registrations Area of the Palais des Congrès ('New Registrations' counters). The Registration Counters will be operative until 18.00.
• You will receive your badge and vouchers immediately, and then you will be able to collect your bag, lanyard and badge holder at the Bag Distribution counters by having your badge scanned.
• If you are already a Full Member, an Associate Member, A Senior Member or a Junior Member of ERA-EDTA you will need your Membership Number to obtain the discounted rate, so remember to have it with you. If you are planning to register as an ERA-EDTA Member, we stongly suggest that you become an ERA-EDTA member and/or pay your 2012 ERA-EDTA Membership fee no later than May 14, 2012.
•You can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by cash (Euro is the only accepted currency).
• You can make your payment in advance by direct money transfer (same account as for pre-registrations) and bring with you the original debit slip issued by your bank.
• We regret to inform that payments by cheque cannot be accepted. |

NOTES to the ON-SITE FEES
* In order to be eligible for this fee, students/trainees must be 35 years old, if the birth year is not earlier than 1977 and the registration is not sponsored. You must personally hand in a photocopy of your picture ID (passport, identity card, driving license), show your original student's card and give a letter from your mentor/university to prove your student/trainee status. ERA-EDTA reserves the right to verify all declarations.
** This exceptionally low congress membership fee is reserved for students living in the country where the congress is held (France). In order to be eligible for this fee, local students must be 28 years old, if the birth year is not earlier than 1984 and the registration is not sponsored. In order to register with this special fee you must personally hand in a photocopy of your picture ID (passport, identity card, driving license), show your original French student's card and give a signed original letter from your French mentor/university to prove your student status. ERA-EDTA reserves the right to verify all declarations.
1 Day registrations cannot be made in advance and are available only on-site, starting May 24, 2012. This type of registration entitles to admission to the session and poster halls only on the date mentioned on the congress badge and to receive the bag (type 2), the proper EACCME/UEMS Credits and Certifi cate of Attendance for that same day. The badge will not have the participant's name on it, but only the date of participation.
It is also possible to make two one-day registrations if you are able to attend the congress for two days (consecutive or not).
These fees are available only on-site.
